The exciting part is that I will be rehabbing it and selling it to my step daughter as her first house. Due to the record low interest rates, her payment will be less than what she currently pays for rent and she will have a fully remodeled house and walking into about 20k equity.
I’ll be taking a loan out from my life insurance policy to gift her the down payment.
